TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Booking

All reservations must be confirmed in writing by mail, fax or e-mail. It must also be guaranteed by the payment of a deposit equivalent to one night for a stay less than or equal to two nights or 30% of the total amount for a stay over two nights

The deposit payment is made by credit card. The following information will be required:

• Type of your credit card (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa),
• Card number
• Expiration date
• The CVC's mentioned on the back of the credit card.

The deposit will be deduced at the end of the stay if it was completely filled

Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by mail, fax or e-mail

For individuals :

• Cancellation is free of charge if it is done more than eight days prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellation from eight days to one day prior to the arrival date for a stay booked for less than three nights: 50% of one night will be charged. For a stay booked for more than or equal to three nights, 30% of total stay will be charged.
• Cancellation on the scheduled arrival date or in case of non arrival, the total nights of stay booked will be charged on your credit card as compensation

For groups:

• Cancellation of up to 50% of the group: the amount paid as deposit will be refunded only in case of cancellation at least one month prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellation of more than 50% of the group, the amount paid as deposit will be refunded only in case of cancellation at least three months prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Interruption of the stay

In the case of a shortened stay, 50% of nights cancelled will be charged with a minimum of one night as compensation.

Rooms availability

• On the arrival date : rooms will be available from 3:00 pm
• On the departure date : rooms must be vacated before 12:00 am
